How long is the warranty period?

PARD offers a 2-year warranty on all night vision devices and a 3-year warranty on thermal and multi-spectral devices.


Can I return my device if I’m not satisfied?

Yes. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact our service team within 15 days of receiving your product for assistance.


What does the warranty cover?

Our warranty covers non-human damage that occurs within the warranty period.


What do I need to provide for after-sales service?

Please email our service center and include:

    • Device model
    • Serial Number (SN)
    • Purchase proof
    • Description of the issue or service needed

Will I be notified once my device is repaired?

Yes. We’ll contact you as soon as your device is ready and provide tracking details when applicable.


Where are your repair centers located?

We operate three global repair centers to better serve our customers:

    • Hong Kong Repair Center
    • European Repair Center
    • American Repair Center

Can I repair my device after the warranty expires?

Yes. We offer paid maintenance and repair services for out-of-warranty products.


How do I send my device in for repair?

Please reach out to the authorized distributor or retailer where you purchased your device for repair instructions.


How long does a repair take?

Repair times vary depending on the issue and service center workload. However, our team works hard to ensure your device is returned as quickly as possible.


Can I repair the device myself?

For safety and quality reasons, we do not provide technical drawings or electronic components for self-repair. Please contact your distributor for authorized service support.
