Warranty Policy

PARD USA is dedicated to providing high-quality night vision and thermal imaging devices. Warranty coverage on products purchased in the United States includes:

  • Night Vision Devices: 2-year limited warranty
  • Thermal Imaging Devices: 3-year limited warranty
  • Accessories (Mounts, Adapters, Chargers): 1-year limited warranty
  • Batteries (Consumable Products): 3-month limited warranty

These warranties apply only to PARD products purchased from authorized dealers in the USA.

What This Limited Warranty Covers

This limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions. If a valid claim is made within the warranty period, PARD USA will, at its discretion:

  • Repair the product using new or refurbished parts, or
  • Replace the product with a new or refurbished unit of equal or greater value.

If a defective product is deemed to be unrepairable or is out of stock, the customer may request a replacement of any available model but will be responsible for paying the retail price difference, where applicable. All model prices are based on the listings at www.pardusa.com. No cash refunds are available if the retail price of the replacement product is lower than that of the defective product.

What This Warranty Does NOT Cover

This warranty does not cover:

  • Physical damage caused by accidents, misuse, abuse, or neglect
  • Modifications or repairs by unauthorized personnel
  • Damage due to improper maintenance, extreme conditions, or liquid exposure
  • Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic damage
  • Lost or stolen products
  • Products purchased outside the USA or from unauthorized retailers

Enhanced Warranty Coverage

Thanks to our advanced technology and technical improvements, PARD USA offers an additional 2-year extended warranty for the following thermal products, increasing their total warranty period to 5 years. This additional extended warranty applies to products purchased after January 1, 2025.

  • Ocelot Series
  • Pantera Series
  • Landsat Compact Series
  • Harrier Series
  • Osprey Series
  • Predator 640
  • Sphinx 640

Registration Requirement: The extra 2-year warranty applies only if the product is registered on our official website (www.pardusa.com/support/5-Years-Warranty).

Warranty Eligibility & Registration

To initiate warranty service, customers must have:

  • Purchased the PARD product from an authorized dealer in the USA.
  • Registered the product (if applicable) on www.pardusa.com (for extended service coverage)
  • Provided proof of purchase (sales receipt or invoice) when requesting service.

How to Obtain Warranty Service

  1. Contact PARD USA Customer Service at after.sales@pardusa.com or call +1 (800) 986 4370.
  2. Provide product details, proof of purchase, and a description of the issue.
  3. Obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number from PARD before shipping the product in for repair.
  4. Ship the product to PARD USA’s Reno, Nevada service center:

Shipping Responsibility:

  • Customers are responsible for all shipping costs to PARD USA.
  • If the product qualifies for warranty service, PARD USA will cover return shipping costs.

Limitation of Liability

PARD USA is not liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages resulting from the use of our products. The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

Return Policy

Please carefully inspect your merchandise immediately upon receipt. If any item does not meet your approval, you may return it to us within 10 days for a refund. Please be aware that a 14 to 21-day business turnaround is required. Return shipping and insurance costs are the responsibility of the customer. PARD is not responsible for returned merchandise that is damaged during shipping.

Note:

  • To initiate a return on a purchase from pard.com, please contact customer.support@pardusa.com. Once your return has been approved, we will send you return instructions outlining how and where to ship your return. Items returned without proper pre-approval will not be accepted. If you purchased your device from a retailer, then you will need to contact the account where you purchased your device and follow thier return guidelines.
  • Returns must be made within the time limit specified in our Return Policy.
  • Returned products must be in brand new condition and have all original manufacturers packaging, materials, and accessories.
  • Items that qualified for free shipping at the time of purchase, that are being returned, will have our standard shipping charges deducted from the refund. The return shipping cost is not refundable.
